Juicing GREENS with Jenna
Juicing is one of my favorite ways to detox and pump up my nutrition. My go-to for detoxing is a parsley-dense green juice. I call parsley nature’s drano because it cleans the human plumbing system.
What do I mean by detox?
I mean cleaning out the digestive system and removing toxins so waste can move through the digestive tract with ease.
Detoxing regularly is a great way to maintain a healthy digestive tract which for me, improves my mood, makes me feel lighter, feel and look thinner, and have more Positive energy.
This juice only has a handful of ingredients:
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch organic spinach
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 lime
You could add more or less depending on your taste preference. You really can’t go wrong. If you prefer a sweet juice instead of savory, replace the garlic with a hunk of ginger and replace the cilantro with green apple to sweeten it.
I Love This Juicer!
I use a masticating juicer which pulverizes the ingredients separating the juice from the pulp. I got my Omega J8006HDS on Amazon for about $300.00 and highly recommend it.
I drink the juice and compost the pulp. Nothing goes to waste. The juice is absolutely delicious and I can feel the positive effects of it immediately.
